Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received. Opened fragrances cannot be returned.

The product must be unopened with the numbered seal intact. Proof of purchase is required. Damaged or defective products are eligible regardless of whether opened — include photographs.

Email hello@phyrael.xyz with your order number. We respond within 48 hours. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product was damaged.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 5-7 days for bank processing.
